The project is located in the superior location of China Resources City · Runfu Phase 3, with its own bustling business district, close to the humanities theater, art gallery and other elegant places, and the surrounding high-quality supporting facilities, creating a comfortable urban residence with elegant environment for residents.
This case is designed and built by RAISE Design center. The designer uses MILOM system whole-house customization system to establish the overall home order and keep life orderly. The whole house design with white baking paint and brown coffee wood color collocation, anacreONtic bottom tone, plus warm color rendering, constitute the home's exclusive style.
Streamlined layout of the entrance porch, the space is transparent and open, natural acceptance of contacts. The porch side cabinet is customized by MILOM system. The top material is fine white marble surface, presenting a natural appearance. It is matched with matte lacquer cabinet door plate, forming an atmospheric modern and simple style. The cabinet is stored to meet the needs of family members to change shoes, and it is convenient to store and access outdoor use items such as rain gear, basketball and skateboard.
The simple and elegant bottom tone calms the soul, and the brown coffee color brings warm energy. It interprets the artistic philosophy of space color collocation with clever design. The lightweight side adds a temporary platform for operating a computer or having a drink to the casual sofa. The MILOM casa series of leisure chairs sit beside it, adding a relaxed and comfortable living room scene.
The TV WALL IN THE HOME IS DESIGNED, DECORATE SITTING ROOM STYLE MORE COMPLETE. Multi-function TV cabinet designed by MILOM system is composed of raster cabinet, TV body cabinet and bottom cabinet, which integrates collection display and storage functions to enrich the bit of life. The door surface is painted with Italian ICA waterborne paint with environmental protection performance. The light gray and walnut color match highlights the advanced sense.

MILOM system customizes the integrated cabinet according to the master bedroom scale. The wardrobe area meets the clothing storage function, and the desk area meets the daily work needs.
